OK, I got a call back from roof people. They penciled us in for Mar 25.
Although they need access to power, we don't have to be there for the
repair.
They will be doing both the house roof and the garage roof. The former
will be billed to the escrow company, the latter billed to us.
Boy, time keeps creeping forward...
