homeowner's exemption (sent to http://www.asr.sccgov.org/~Exemptions)

When receiving the assessed value summary in mail (date of notice June 25, 2010) for Parcel Number APN 249-01-044, there was no homeowner exemption.  My wife and I sent in the application for the homeowner's exemption a couple of weeks ago.

Do we need to take further action to obtain the homeowner's exemption?
