Please join us for a pot luck and a day of fun in the park with others from several different sanghas!!!
Bring your favorite vegetarian picnic food to share and bring your own beverage and bring a frisbee or something for playing in the park. See details below.
Date and Time:
Sunday July 18, 12:00 pm (noon) until 4:00 pm
Location:
San Jose Municipal Rose Garden Park
On Naglee Ave. near Dana Ave.
Directions:
From Hwy 880 you can take either the Bascom Ave exit or The Alameda Exit.
From the Bascom Ave exit, go south toward downtown where-I-live.
Then turn left on Naglee.
The Park will be on your left.
From The Alameda exit, go south toward downtown where-I-live.
Then turn right on Naglee.
The Park will be on your right.
To Bring:
Please bring your favorite Vegetarian picnic food to share.
Please bring your own beverage.
If you want to play frisbee or some other game, then please bring a frisbee or ball or other game that can be played on the lawn.
If you would like to sit on the lawn rather than at the picnic tables, then please bring a beach towel or a blanket for sitting on.
What will be Provided:
Paper plates, napkins, and utensils will be provided.
