Ya know, I think http://orbitz.com is the best.  It allows the most
options for searches and you can see all the results and travel options.

It's funny 'cause one of the flights (Alaska Airlines) has a 8 hour
stopover in Seattle!  I could spend the day visiting people there and then
come back to where-I-live later in the day!  Hilarious!
