You can now Travel Cool!: rent discounted hybrid cars, book discounted eco-travel, benefit from the nation's only bicycle roadside assistance, and contribute to our unique carbon offset program to fight the global warming effects of
travel. (Purchase our auto insurance and we'll provide a free carbon offset.) Plus, we donate 1% of gross revenue to environmental clean-up & advocacy and maintain a pro-environment, pro-consumer policy agenda.

You only need a valid membership number to obtain our services, even if your card is not available. This Membership Identification Card(s) replaces all previous cards. In addition to listing our toll-free telephone numbers for Emergency
Road Service and Customer Service, your Membership Card serves as an Arrest Bond Certificate for certain moving violations in most states. Better World Club has transitioned to a predominantly Paperless Fulfillment and Renewal process, but
you can still receive a paper copy of your fulfillment kit. If you recently joined and indicated a preference for a paper kit, you'll receive it within two weeks of your effective date. If you recently renewed or joined and have not
requested a paper kit,

Your Membership Guide explains in detail the maximum benefits and services to which you are entitled including towing and emergency road service benefits provided by one of the largest networks in the country through Better World
Club's new relationship with Allstate Motor Club. Please read it carefully and then store it in a safe place for future reference.

Member Limits. Remember, with a Better World Club Membership, you have 5 miles or 100 miles in Emergency Road Service and Towing Dispatch Service coverage, depending on whether you have a Basic or Premium Membership.

Better World membership covers all registered members, in any car, not just your own.

Benefit Limits:

Reimbursement: If necessary, we will reimburse your towing expenses. However, you are supposed to call our Roadside Assistance number rather than make the arrangements yourself. We have pre-negotiated rates with thousands of
service providers. You haven't. As a result, you will only be reimbursed up to $50.00 or $100.00 if you arrange your own service. (No reimbursement in TX.)

Premium Member Towing: We will tow you to a repair facility or home. We will not tow you a longer distance to a vacation or leisure destination.

Service Calls: Auto program members are entitled to 4 service calls per year for each member. Bicycle program members are entitled to 2 bicycle service calls per year for each member.

Excessive Usage: You are expected to repair the defects that cause your requests for emergency service. We will provide each auto member with four service calls. However, we may not renew you if all four calls are used.
Here are some of the new services we've added:
Trip Routing on the Web. Just go to our
Members Only website and order your routing. It will be delivered to you at your email address.
Improved Travel Benefits Now Available on the Web. Members are eligible for discounts up to 50% with Hotel Access when reservations are made in advance. Discounts on car rental reservations are also available. Visit our member
website for more information.
New Referral Program: Referrers receive 3 months of free membership for every new member they refer, up to a free Primary membership.
Gas Coupons: Premium Members are eligible for gas rebates. To receive the Gas Rebates, submit the Gas Rebate Registration form found on the Member Site or available through Customer Service.

felony) committed during the membership period shown on this card. If Member fails to appear in court at time of trial, payment of any fine or forfeiture not to exceed $500* is guaranteed. Except for an appeal bond, all public officers are
authorized and requested to accept this certificate in lieu of cash bail.
Member must notify Club immediately when card is deposited as bail. Person using this card agree to promptly reimburse the Club for any payment by it because of this guarantee.
