I've been doing more investigation. Strangely, the middle mouse button,
despite fluxbox sending button2 correctly via the XTEST interface, xev
returns Button12. So, I'm figuring that the right mouse button is just off
the charts and that's causing the problem.

I'm beginning to think that it's the "Virtual USB Tablet" mouse device
that's causing the weirdnesses. But, I don't understand how or where the
mapping from "button2" to "button12" takes place -- maybe in the driver
itself? And how does it get re-translated back into "button2"?

I'm just confused.
