Keep in
mind we can only bill your credit card for the items that are in stock and ship
out. On 08/09/10
-08/11/10 several sku numbers were approved and shipped from our warehouse to you. (please see attached
tracking/POD)
We
shipped the item and when we tried to bill the amount of $167.76 your credit card declined the
charge (the amount states “failed” each time Buy.com tired to bill
the card).
After
several attempts it moves the status to a collections( in house only) so that
we can personally notify you that maybe there was an issue with your CC
expiration date and/or any other issue at the time. We bill your credit cards/
debit card at mid night every night.
If the
expiration date expired and/or was close (with in the same month) your bank
could have pulled the card as well.
If your
credit card is no longer active or if there is another card you would like us
to bill, please follow the instructions below so that this issue can be
resolved as soon as possible
To update
your credit card information please visit our secure website www.buy.com , log into your account and follow these steps:
1) Click
on "View Order History" button
2) Log
into your account and select the order
3) On the
left portion, you will see the order status. Click on the red "Click
Here" link
4) Update
your payment information and click on the resubmit information button

reply to this notice with your permission giving Buy.com
authorization to bill your updated credit card for the item(s)
that you have received, but never been billed for.
