I too will be getting a book for Nick, but not one that's on his Amazon
wishlist.  I figured if he can handle Jared Diamond, he can handle a
little Marx (or "Marx lite", I suppose).  I ordered it through my local
independent bookstore and it still hasn't arrived.  They said it'd take up
to 2 weeks.
