Yes, that is certainly an improvement.  7am should be fine.

I don't think a picture of our place is on Google street view.  Basically, 
it's a tan-colored house sandwiched between a green-ish house and a white-ish 
house and should have a dark blue-green car in the driveway (since my wife 
doesn't leave until a good bit later :-).

I'll plan on waiting out front.

I'll be borrowing my wife's cell phone and its number is our-Oakland-cell-phone-number.

I'll pay for half the parking and half the gas.
