Nokia tablet rebooting itself

My Nokia N800 tablet keeps rebooting itself.

I was reading that it's likely that the battery is bad.  My feeling is
that I should probably look into a replacement at this point, especially
since the map application no longer works (but may be fixable but not
without some effort).

I guess we primarily use it for Rifftrax and I think that may be OK for
the time being.  I have some ideas for a replacement but need to do more
research.
