I wanted to inform you that Ted died yesterday at
MGH(Ma
general Hospital). Richard, Marty(a close friend
of Ted's) and I were
with him. Ted was receiving oxygen for a
period of 24 hours and died of
Congestive Heart Failure from an enlarged
heart with complications of
suspected pneumonia. He was responsive
until the very end and died at
approximately 4:15 pm 1/2./20011.

Dear friends, and family-
Funeral services will be held for Theodore F. Cate Jr. on Friday
January 7, 2011.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at Cate & Johnson
Funeral Home 573 Pine St., Manchester, , 03104.
Doors will open at 10am for family and friends and a brief service will
follow at 11am.
Burial to follow at 12 noon at Pine Grove Cemetery.
