We are not planning on going to the memorial service January 23rd. It
would be too difficult for us as we have Ted's apartment to contend with
as long as other factors. I/we would like to donate to the Cancer Society
and also send flowers to the memorial service if anyone is interested as
well.

C: Yes, transitions are difficult but inevitable.
Small town newspapers get stuff wrong; maybe big town papers too.
The memorial WILL BE on Jan. 23rd at Peel's in Bonifay at 2:00 PM.
Staying over options are Briarwood, Geneva, Bonifay Inn, Economy Lodge (3
blocks from Peel's), other motels in Chipley (9 miles west of Bonifay),
and, of course, Bea's apartment is empty and available (also free).
Barnaby and Candy are going to come for the memorial, but they don't want
to stay at Bea's.
The event will be small and intimate (we can't fill the chapel), but we
want you there. Unless you can't be. In which case, it will be as it is.
Thanks for sending Ted Cate's obit and for genuine offers of support.
Psychic buttressing is an effective and beautiful thing.

Me: Dear Jan & Caleb-
In reading Bea's obit- it had a notification that the memorial service
was January 23rd. Obviously a mistake. 
Please let us know when the memorial will be so hopefully we will be able
to attend!!  We really want to.

PS Hope yous are doing alright with the loss.  If there is anything That
we can do?  I know many say that but we are TRULY willin'
