Below are the top problems listed.

I assume Roger will be able to do #1 and #4.

Would he also be able to do #2 and #3?  What do you think?  Would we need
a professional plummer for that?

 1. garage roof tile slipping
 2. Heater exhaust flue needs to be double wall "B" vent.
 3. Heater exhaust flue too close to wood frame.
 4. Water stains in laundry room
