spam bounces have my email address

Sonic.NET,
It looks like my email address is encoded in the bounces sent back to
spammers, even if it is redirected from an alias. See below for an
example.
Is there any way to either?:
1) Suppress my email address in the body of the message?
2) Not generate any bounce when there are an excessive number of
complaints?
