Terces Engelhart, co-owner of Café Gratitude, posted a message on her Facebook page announcing the closure/sale of all Northern Ca Café Gratitude locations. According to Englehart, some "aggressive lawsuits" from former employees brought her to the decision to shutter her raw/vegan restaurants.
