You are a W3a1, you would fit on the W3 family tree as shown in the attachment. Unfortunately 23andme doesn't test for 16189; so it's possible you could be up the tree a stop, as labelled.

Unfortunately for this branch there are only two other results and no information on old world origins. However they do seem to be European; and in general W3a1's seem to have arrived in Europe with the horse nomads in the Neolithic. Once more results are in, this should be clarified, and also the branch would receive its on designation, W3a1d or whatever.
