No.

If you're willing to go outside the fam, I may know someone.  You could
ask for a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).  I'm sure he'd be amenable since
he himself has some ideas for writing an app.

Regarding smart and mobile devices and technologies: no, I don't really
know much.  I don't even own one (except a regular dumb cell phone, which
isn't useful, I don't think).
