If you elect to pick up your tickets at the Alcatraz Cruises Ticket office, you must print this page showing your order information and bring it to obtain your tickets, or display this confirmation on your mobile device to the ticket agent at the willcall window. On the date of you trip, you MUST bring a current and VALID (government issued) PHOTO ID and the CREDIT CARD USED to make this purchase. All purchases are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. Picking up "Pre-Paid" Tickets
On the day of your departure, simply pick up your tickets at the Alcatraz Cruises ticket office located at Pier 33 on the Embarcadero in San Francisco. The "Pre-Paid" (or "will call") window is located at the ticket office onsite at Pier 33. Your Pre-paid tickets are available 1 hour before your scheduled departure time. You must present a valid photo identification, along with the credit card used to purchase the tickets..
Boarding
Boarding is 30 minutes prior to
departure. Please allow enough time to park so you don't miss your
boarding window. Even if you hold a confirmed ticket, your space may be given
to another passenger if you are not onboard at least 10 minutes prior to
departure.
Parking
There is NO parking at the Pier 33
boarding location. There is plenty of parking nearby. On street
parking in the Fisherman's Wharf area can be difficult to find, and nearly
every space has a meter with a two-hour limit, which is not enough time for
Alcatraz visits. There are numerous commercial lots within five blocks of the
Alcatraz Landing at Pier 33. Please allow at least 45 minutes to find a parking
place, walk to the Alcatraz Landing and pick up your tickets.
