Heather - I think I had too much to drink because last night, when you had asked what most people should do to survive, I should have answered this way: there needs to be a three-prong approach. 1) Work within the system. Continue on as most people do: day-to-day survival, try to get raises and earn more money, contribute to retirement accounts, submit to the dominant ideology. 2) Work to change the system. Write your congress person, participate in marches and organizations for income equality, organize a union at work, etc. 3) Work outside the system. Create a co-op, barter with neighbors, do volunteer work, mutual aid, etc. All three must be done simultaneously. Failure to do so will ensure either a miserable existence or no existence at all. > From: Robert <http://dummy.us.eu.org/robert> > Date: Sun, 18 Aug 2013 12:23:40 -0700 > > 5:30pm?
