Most of them are pretty traditional, actually.

I don't read much stuff on small, mobile devices.  But, I do read more
stuff on my laptop these days.  (I still like physical magazines, 'tho.
Much easier to share in general.  I guess that's a trend they didn't
mention, however -- more stuff that would otherwise be locked down is
getting shared.  (Chris and Ying at the party were telling me about
various software that uses OCR to suck up almost anything that you're
reading on your device so you can share it with everybody.  That's
definitely an excellent trend.))

#4 is interesting.  forcesales.com gives one lots of flexibility to change
roles within the company.  I definitely see this.
