Not particularly.
But, I definitely don't just connect with them.
I "Reply" to them first, asking them what sort of companies they work with
and the skills they recruit for.
If they give an agreeable reply, then, while still not connecting with
them, I tell them what I'm looking for and whether they could help me with
that.
And, only if they have a concrete job that they have in hand do I consider
connecting. Otherwise, if they wanna chat on the phone, I do that, still
leaving them unconnected.
