Below is what I have so far.

Just for reference:

 SKILL = desired use of one of your skills
 ENVIRON = desired environment/situation at work
 LOCATION = location of the workplace
 INTEREST = particular professional interests
 SECTOR = sector in which the employer is
 VALUE = values of the people in the workplace
 MONEY = pay, benefits, retirement, etc.
