 >     3  Enter in the registration number into the Registration Number field.
 >     4  Verify the donor&#39s identity by photo ID or prospective 
 >     employer/employer representative.
 >     5  Complete the collection using LabCorp Solutions Web COC.
 >     6  It must be communicated to the donor that if they attempt to leave the 
 >     facility without providing a suitable specimen the prospective
