I just called Bicycle Express.  They don't seem to carry the presta valve
slime tubes any more.

So, I may have to order it online since Performance Bicycle doesn't carry
my size and I'm not sure when I'll find time to swing by Hyland Family
Bicycles (assuming that they even have 'em).

I also just noticed that there's a youtube video explaining how to install
it in a presta valved tube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnbLI_tLpLs .
I could try that since we still have some slime left.  I don't know how
I'd time it, 'tho, since I'll want to install a new tire along with the
rejuvenated tube...
