visit to Alameda

It appears that doing this "feed watch" thing is very time-consuming.  I
think it will take 1-2 hours on both Saturday and Sunday.

I can do part of it before we leave for Alameda, but I'll probably have to
work when we get back, too.

Same goes for Sunday if we go to the hike: work a little before and then
have to work again afterwards.
