 ask about specific dates for airfare and boss requirements. also, is there 
 paperwork, stuff to sign he needs to do?
 I've asked Scott for the process info. I should hear back from him soon. (The process of filling out the request paperwork).
 We'll go forward with the process which will eventually require formal approval. That's where we'll really get our answer.
