When I looked at the bamboo screen carefully, I noticed that you could see
through that, too.
I think getting the rice paper or silk screen, or a wooden divider, would
be the only way to have greater privacy, but the rice paper and silk
screens are fragile and the wooden dividers are bulky, heavy, and
expensive.
Nevertheless, I like the bamboo one the best and wish we could get another
one like it.
