As it turns out, I'm a subscriber to Sonic.NET which pledges that its service will always honor net neutrality for its service. However, I know that there are millions of people who do not have this option and are locked into a service which could potentially drop its support of Net Neutrality. The latest rules proposed would not only do nothing for Net Neutrality, it would put people into a place of complacency where they believe that they are experiencing a free internet but, in fact, are not -- they have various unseen toll roads which they may never see. I urge you to reject the latest proposed rules as proposed by Tom Wheeler. It will do great harm to everybody, even those of us who will have the luxury of still have the option of a free speech internet.
