Thank you for thinking of us for your return to Mendocino. This e-mail is to confirm your reservation for 2 nights, arriving on Friday, October 24, 2014, which fulfills our minimum stay for that time.
We have charged a partial pre-payment of $281.23 to your credit card account as a deposit. As you know, it becomes non-refundable seven days prior to your arrival. Earlier cancellation will incur a $30.00 charge. Because we are a small country inn, cancellations affect us greatly and we adhere to our cancellation policies.
Our check in time is customarily between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM; if you find that you will be arriving after 9:00 PM but before 11:00 PM please give us a call. Please note: We do not suggest check in after 9:00 PM - generally there are no services in the Mendocino area after 10:00 PM - and latest we can accept a check-in is 11:00 PM.
