At the end of enrollment a detailed confirmation statement will be sent to you electronically or at your home address, based on your previously selected preference. This final statement will reflect all of your 2015 elections. Please review it carefully and report corrections promptly.

Once your Health Fund expenses reach $1,300 for individual coverage / $2,600 for family coverage you can use your Health Care FSA for all eligible health care expenses.
