email troubles

I think, for some reason, alum.calberkeley.org is blocking my emails if I
include other people in the email.

Which is a ridiculous method to attempt to block spam.

So, I think I fixed it now, so you should get my emails.  (The fix is
incredibly complicated, involving changing my qmail configuration and my
pgp-encrypting email transport, but it looks like it works.)
