The main painter guy (Alex?) said that we cannot use the shower until
Sunday night at the earliest.  I was expecting something like this.

He also said that he would need to come back on Tuesday (he suggested
Monday afternoon, but I think you said you'll be at a movie then) to
finish painting the bathroom ceiling.  Apparently, more of the concrete in
the ceiling fell apart during the roof debacle than in the other rooms.
