Interesting. Do you know any of the details, such as the exact symptoms?

Sorta. There was some inflammation directly in the back of my right eye
and caused permanent minor loss of straight-ahead sight (i.e., there's a
hole in the middle). It is minor presently (I have 20/25 vision in that
eye) but my ophthamologist is keeping an eye on it (yuck, yuck).
My real concern is that this condition is interacting badly with my
astigmatism.
