Thank you for your support in The IEEE Computer Society. We truly value your 
22 years of IEEE Computer Society Membership. I understand that you are 
inquiring about changing the format of your subscription to IEEE Software 
Magazine. Mr., I am very sorry, we cannot make any changes to your 2015 
IEEE subscriptions due to the time period to make any changes expired after 
15-August-2015.
Mr., you may select the available format options when you renew for 
2016.
The 2016 renewals will be available online after 01-September-2015.
Perhaps you may wish to join IEEE in 2016 and become an IEEE Member. IEEE is 
open to individuals who by education or experience give evidence of competence 
in an IEEE designated field of interest. The designated fields are, in broad 
terms: Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology, Physical 
Sciences, Biological and Medical Sciences, Mathematics, Technical 
Communications, and related Education, Management, Law, and Policy.

Comments = I was dismayed to discover that I accidentally signed up for the 
digital edition of the IEEE Software magazine instead of the print edition.
I would like to upgrade to the print edition of IEEE Software. What would it
