    Someone was casing my house
    Someone was casing my house at 9:15 am today.  I live on North 5th
    Street between Hedding and Younger.  Be on the watch for a dark
    sedan with 3 people.  One woman and two men.   I had drove
    out of the driveway and noticed a dark car that looked like
    it was going to park but was far away from the curb and there were
    people in the car.  I drove off for a minute and then decided (why
    I don't know) to turn around and drive by my house.  I drove back
    and pulled into my driveway.  The people who were in that car were
    now standing outside my house.  The girl was all the way by the
    gate which is about 50 feet from the curb and she had pulled out
    the big recycling bin in front of the gate and it looked like she
    was looking in the cat door inside the house.  Another guy was
    smoking a cigarette standing by the tree in the middle of my front
    yard and another guy was on the sidewalk.  I know at this point I
    should not have pulled in my driveway and called the police or
    taken a picture or memorized their license plate but I wasn't
    expecting this and did the best I could.  I rolled down my window
    and asked if I could help them.  They said they were waiting for
    the neighbor.  I went into my house and made sure they heard the
    house alarm and said hi to my dog.  They got in their car and
    drove off before I could call the police.  I did call and made a
    report.  The police came by quickly and they said they had other
    police cars on the lookout.

        I saw a car that matches your description last week in the
        middle of the day. I thought it was the old owners of our
        house just driving by. I went on with what I was doing and
        looked up maybe 5 min later and they were stil double parked
        in front of our house. I thought about going out totally to
        them, but blew it off thinking they were just reminiscing. I
        wish I had not blown it off. I'll definitely keep a look out
        and call the police if I see them again! Thanks for posting!
