Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of your order. When you place an exchange order, you'll be charged a $36 restocking fee and the cost of the new phone. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit for your original device. Your original device must be returned in like-new condition to avoid being charged the full retail price of the device.

2. Ca customers: Sales tax is calculated on the full retail price of the device, not the discounted price. Sales tax for financed devices is calculated on the retail price of the device. Otherwise, sales tax is calculated on the amount due today.
