Just ignore it. It's a stupid AVG thing.
Also, I recommend *not* rebooting your laptop computer until the weekend
or Friday afternoons since it can take forever to do these things. Also,
if it asks to do an update, don't do it until Friday afternoons or the
weekend.
Just be sure to always log off and log in 3 times after your restart your
laptop because there's some weird user profile timing issue.
