Actually, in general, you should never trust email, unless it's encrypted
to you.
If you're running a stupid operating system like Windows, be sure to be
running anti-virus software; alternatively, running a Linux virtual
machine and pasting in URL links is good since Linux is unlikely to get
pwned.
