I usually take a little more caffeine on days like that to compensate.
Thankfully, the number of those kind of days is small -- maybe once every
1 to 2 months. Most of the time, it's only 1 to 2 hours.
In general, I stay in bed for 9 hours on the assumption that I'll probably
wake up in the middle of the night.
