Well, the problem with Outlook is that there is a "global" contacts list
and then there is a "local" contacts list.  The two aren't necessarily
synchronized, unfortunately.  So, if there's a way to reach the "global"
contacts list, then you'll be able to find out the correct contact
information (email address, etc.).
