The system shows you are not using a credit card profile new or old. When renewing your domains you can select an existing Credit Card Payment profile or you can choose to Create a New Credit Card Payment Profile on the last page which is the payment page. If you are going to use a new credit card then just select Create a New Credit Card Payment profile from the drop down menu that says Credit Card or PayPal. Then on the right side you can select your card type and put in the card details.
