No, do not click it.  With Windows 10, there are very few reasons to have
anti-virus software in general (see
http://www.howtogeek.com/225385/what%E2%80%99s-the-best-antivirus-for-windows-10-is-windows-defender-good-enough/ ),
but you may as well keep the AVG Free version.  If it's too confusing,
just uninstall AVG.
