OK. The next thing to do is to take out the battery.
1. Unplug the phone.
2. Pull off the hummingbird cover.
3. Pry off the plastic back cover from the phone.
4. The battery should be obvious, hopefully. Just jigger it out.
5. Wait 30 seconds.
6. Put the battery back and put everything back together.
7. Try turning it on again.
