Congratulations on being recognized with a Long Term Incentive (LTI) award. Your LTI award has been 
loaded into the Fidelity system (www.netbenefits.com). Per the terms and conditions of the award 
agreement, you must accept your award no later than 4:00 PM Eastern time, five business days prior to 
the first vesting date. For this award, the first vesting date is March 15, 2017, which means you must 
log on and accept your award by 4:00 PM ET March 8, 2017. Failure to accept your award by the 
deadline will result in forfeiture of the entire award.
