Special free entertainment: A great local Blues Band, Free Face Painting and Ricky the Balloon Man for the kids, SJPD and our local Fire Department.  JNA is providing hot dogs, burgers, beverages and dinnerware.  Bring your own chair and a large side dish or dessert to share.
