I'm going to be the stick in the mud.

After looking at the forms, this is not worth doing.  I think you should
tell your potential roommates that you are not worthy of their station in
life and that they'll have to move ahead without you.

The biggest problem I see:

  "Fill out the Guarantor Form completely. Leave no applicable line
   blank. Mill Valley Estates will not accept Guarantor Forms with
   incomplete information, such as: All contact information, SSN,
   DOB, Annual Income."

So, without some kind of broker services for using alternate SSNs, this
cannot be filled out.

This isn't even accounting for the fact that they don't specify who the
"employer" is.  (Almost nobody has an employer that's a human being --
they are all institutional identities.)  And, also, Noelle doesn't even
know who would sign such a thing.
