Had to send this out to as many as possible since this has been my basic experience with antidepressants. They seem to make suicidality worse (different as they described here for me personally) and using other holistic approaches much more effective. Especially the concept of balancing blood sugar by eating more often and eating certain foods (very individual, depending what your body can assimilate and absorb). Please forward to anyone, as many are on this page....especially during this S.A.D season with less light around our globe.
