2017 holiday schedule

Looks like, from 2017 on, I will no longer get the entire x-mas week off.
Instead, holidays will be scattered throughout. These will include:
* New Year's
* Martin Luther King Jr.
* President's
* Memorial Day
* Pre-Independence
* Independence
* Labor
* Thanksgiving
* Post-Thanksgiving
* X-mas
* Post x-mas
