Subject: PTO - CA State Sick Leave 2017  

Good Morning,

For 2017, hermagine solutions has updated the PTO accrual to account for
the paid time off you are provided pursuant to Caâ??s
Paid Sick Leave law.  At the beginning of the year, you will receive 24
hours of Paid Sick Leave for use in accordance with the Ca Paid
Sick Leave Law during 2017.  You will accrue PTO based on your months of
service pursuant to the updated accruals set forth in the below schedule
which have been adjusted to recognize sick leave.  Please remember, you
will only accrue PTO if you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in
the employee handbook.

Going forward, you will see balances for both â??Sickâ??
time and â??PTOâ?? time in ADP.  Please ensure that
after you request time off in ADP, whether it is for Sick time or PTO, you
also add the approved time off to your timecard in forcesales.  If you do
not see the option to add sick time to your timecard please contact
