Actually, I was sort of making a similar point this morning when Noelle
and I were listening to a radio show about science and scientific
discovery, and we heard several callers calling into the show about how
vaccines cause autism and that 9/11 was an "inside job": that when
Einstein said "God does not play dice", what he was arguing was that when
all truths are relative and theories cannot be proved (string theory),
there is no truth or falsehood. Which makes everything pointless.
(I think Nietzsche would have loved Trump because he fits perfectly into
his theories about nihilism and will-to-power.)
